Honeybags Cottage sleeps 6. A charming cottage with entrance into the kitchen from its own garden with picnic bench. Attractive lounge/diner with log burning stove and pretty gothic style window. Upstairs are two bedrooms - a family room with a double bed and adult size bunk beds, and a twin bedded room and bathroom (bath/shower).

Chinkwell sleeps 4. First floor converted coach house with access via outside granite staircase and entrance lobby. Own entrance door into lounge/diner with half glass door into the kitchen. Off the lounge is a landing to the two bedrooms, a double bed and twin bedded room and the bathroom (bath/shower).

Lower Chinkwell sleeps 4. A ground floor converted stable all on the level and suitable for the disabled. Entrance into kitchen/lounge/diner with bay window. Two bedrooms - a double bed and a twin bedded room. The bathroom has a sliding door and room for a wheel chair to turn (bath/shower).

Hameldown sleeps 7. First floor converted coach house with access via outside granite staircase and entrance lobby. Own entrance door into hall leading to each room. There is a kitchen/diner, lounge, family bedroom with double bed, single bed, pull-out single, and en-suite bathroom (bath/shower). Second bedroom with double bed and wash basin and the main bathroom (bath/shower).

Lower Hameldown sleeps 4. A ground floor converted stable with level entrances from Wooder Manor and Wooder Farm side into the large kitchen/lounge/diner. Two bedrooms - one still on the level with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with sliding door and wheel in shower suitable for the disabled. The second bedroom is up two steps with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath).

Wooder Cottage sleeps 4. Entrance porch leading into kitchen/lounge/diner. Bedroom with double bed and washbasin and second bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom (shower)
